My true strength is candid/lifestyle photography. My approach is to make sure you're enjoying the expierence so that not only will your images be beautiful but so will the memory. A photo session shouldn't be stressful or a beating. A little southern charm goes a long way y'all. For wedding/events my style is journalistic and candid. You should enjoy your event so as your photographer I try to take the traditional posed photos quickly so that you can get back to your guest and party. When you view your event photos my goal is that you feel the love and emotion of your day through my candid approach. The people. I love getting to know people and sharing in such wonderful moments in your life. It's such a gift being entrusted to capture your standout moments. Carrie was incredible! Very professional, came early to make she she was prepared and knew what she was to be shooting, took amazing photos and was prompt in getting the photos back to us. Carrie is our most definitely our point person if we do another event in Chicago!

Carrie was amazing!!! She worked with me before our wedding through emails and pinterest to plan the special shots we would like to take. The night of, she had them all planned out, making sure we got shots that we had envisioned. She made sure we got every family shot we wanted and did them beautifully but also quickly so the little ones didn't get too restless. She was perfect at reminding us it was time for a few photo ops but it never felt like we were separated from our guests. She got a ton of detail shots before guests arrived and a ton of candid shots throughout the night. I can't wait to see all the images but based on the handful she showed us on the night of, I know without a doubt that she took amazing shots all night long and perfectly captured our wedding!!! We are so thrilled that we hired Carrie!!
