- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the time, care, and attention I put into every session — from preparation and shooting to editing and delivery. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due on or before the session day. Travel fees may apply for sessions outside of Chicago.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Booking Process 1. First, I’ll ask for the date, time, and location of your planned session. 2. Once we confirm availability, we’ll move forward with signing the contract and sending the deposit. Please note: your date is officially reserved only after the deposit is received!📅 3. After that, we’ll discuss all the details and timeline of your session. I’ll ask about your preferences and ideas to make sure everything feels comfortable and personal for you.

Take your time to look through the photographer’s portfolio and make sure you truly connect with their style. Every photographer has a unique way of seeing and capturing moments, so choosing someone whose work genuinely speaks to you will make your experience — and your photos — feel much more authentic and special.
