I recently hired GTS to inspect and clean my gas-fired brick lined chimney. Scheduling via Thumbtack was easy, and Mike, the owner of GTS, responded promptly to confirm the appointment. A technician came and inspected my chimney for any gas leaks and cleaned the shaft/flue to remove any soot and cobwebs. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and I was able to pay him via Zelle after job completion. I can recommend GTS for your annual chimney inspection/cleaning. Mike is very responsive via Thumbtack messaging, so make sure to discuss your needs and get a price estimate beforehand.

We were thinking about replacing an by old fireplace that we were no longer able to start. His technician came out and was able to fix the problem and after all we did not need to buy new fireplace. I was so happy that they were able to and willing to fix it even though it would be better for them to tell me to get the new one. I highly recommend their service!!

Would not listen to us about the problem and insisted that we had to get a while new unit. Doesn't know or understand the part that needed to be fixed. Never again.
