SM Service came same day to complete a chimney cleaning. I’ve had others come out and tell me that many repairs needed to happened for thousands of dollars but SM was genuine and forth right with explaining what was needed and what was optional or recommended - which I really appreciated. Mr. Shai did a very thorough and professional job replacing the ignition switch on my fireplace. He’s extremely knowledgeable and punctual. He makes sure that everything is working properly before he leaves and also asks if you have any questions. I will definitely use him regularly for my duct cleaning and my annual fireplace inspections. Extremely satisfied.
