They came out to service a nearly 10 year old treadmill. The tech was patient in explaining to me exactly what was wrong. He fixed the treadmill, so it can be functional enough to use. He also gave me other things that need to be fixed / replaced to use it for longer, but he wasn't pushy about it.

We have a fixed price per service call. We don’t work by the hour, but instead, charge for the work visit. We offer discounts for regular seasonal maintenance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before visiting a customer, we always determine what issue they’re experiencing and the model of their fitness equipment. With this information, we arrive prepared with the necessary tools to professionally service their equipment. After a full inspection, we provide a detailed assessment of any parts that need replacement and perform complete on-site maintenance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an engineer with 15 years of experience, specializing in mechanics and electronics.
