They think they know what they're doing but, they lack experience and their ego takes up the whole studio. The job ultimately becomes about them. This is just not the case with John. John delivered more than I could have asked for in a professional, efficient, sensible way. His down to earth attitude and sincere excitement made everyone on set comfortable. He was on time and under budget. He came up with some interesting concepts that I would have never thought of because he relied on his many years of experience and talent. No BS.
