- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call is a flat fee and it includes a full check up of your system. We will advise of any problems we find and offer a free, no obligation quote to address it. Sometimes we are able to get the system running with no extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to inspect or review your project. Based on information you provided to us and our evaluation we will provide you with a free, no obligations quote. If the estimate is accepted by the customer and payment terms agreed on, we can schedule the work. If the project is more than $500 we usually ask for a down payment before the work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Qualified as universal technician for hvac systems.
