If you are looking for quality, attention to detail oriented and professional HVAC people...please look no further! We needed AC help immediately..I'm talking within 24 hours. Our unit had a AC system installed in the winter and the company failed to add enough Freon for the place to cool down in Chicago's overnight 90 degrees. I messaged a few people on Thumbtack and Pro-United responded within minutes. They were fully booked today and I asked that they reach out if anyone was to cancel and they sure did. 45 minutes later, we had these professionals at our door and they got our AC going. They answered all my questions with kindness and care. I appreciate them coming out so last minute. Overall super happy and grateful to Pro-United!

Was out of town when I got an alert from my phone saying the furnace had gone out. Pro United responded quickly, and made it easy to do the whole thing remotely. The tech also provided detailed notes and made sure to talk through things with me over the phone. Would recommend for furnace repair.

Excellent work done basically at any time I needed it for significant hvac repairs. Thomas takes the time to explain everything to a layman like me and also will take time to make sure he’s doing things the RIGHT way. Not the quick way. Will call up again for future hvac requests.

Thomas Martinez is very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and a very nice person to do business with. He responded to my inquiry in less than 10 minutes, confirmed that he could do what I requested and had the part (an igniter) on his truck. The price was about $100.00 less than what a well known competitor company wanted. He came out the next day at the time agreed on and completed installation in about half an hour. He explained in detail what he was doing and actually showed me the replacement igniter and the old one. I am very pleased with T.M. Heating & Cooling with the work he did and will call him again with any issues pertaining to my furnace. I will recommend him to others requiring his expertise. By the way, prior contacting T.M., I left voice messages with two other ‘reputable’ heating & cooling companies. Neither has yet to return my calls. Thanks a million Thomas!
