Rachel F. says, "We commissioned Ed and his team to remodel our high rise 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Lakeview. In total they completely remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms, sanded and restrained the hardwood floors, installed new closet doors, painted throughout, and brought our electrical and plumbing up to current code. This project took about 8 months, during which time Ed was in constant communication with us and our HOA, coordinating to make sure everything stayed on track. He was always accessible whenever we had concerns and made sure to address them to our satisfaction. Everyone on his team was very nice and courteous, especially given that we were living in the construction area for part of the time. Ed’s initial quote was accurate and the only overages were items we specifically upgraded ourselves or asked to modify. We are very happy with the quality of craftsmanship and Ed’s commitment to integrity and excellence. We highly recommend ES Carpentry for all your home remodeling needs. First I would like to mention that it was really difficult for me to find someone who would want to do it because the space was really small. We had to fire a handyman that first agreed to make the bathroom as we requested but then wouldn't accommodate any of the request I made. I really needed to get this project taken care of as quickly as possible and extremely stressed out. I came across Perdomo Construction on Thumbtack which at first I thought was quite expensive but it was at same ball park as the other estimates I got. I am really happy that I decided to work with them. They did their best to accommodate all the requests I made and things turned out just as I had imagined. They worked every weekday and were punctual and dedicated to get the work done as fast as they could. For you reference the space was really tiny (3.5ft X 7ft). The best part is the have 1 year of warranty which is awesome. But I do hope I really don't have any problems. I have added pictures for reference. Needless to add what is before and after!"See more

Andrew was willing to fit my backyard vision through a three tier phased approach plus accommodate my timeframe and budget. They went above and beyond what I asked for and even helped with assisting me to stores visits to get the right products. The masonry team is courteous and cleanly. They were able to keep things as clean as they could (brick dust) through each phase. Great job gentlemen - I would hire them again to come back for phase two!"See more
