My pricing system: stick and unit pricing for greatest accuracy.A good estimate takes
good planning. I don't make guesses and assumptions, that's why a visit to the site
is so important. Making an accurate estimate is a matter of detail-finding every detail that influences cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do, I keep up with the latest trends, developments. I keep up to par at all times.
I do extensive continuing education to ensure my expansion of my capabilities.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
when I purchased my first home at 21 for 25,000. it needed lots of work, had no money
to hire out so I had to school myself, as I stared doing the work myself I developed
a passion in my work, applied myself in construction/trade school learned all the trades but the true lessons comes from on the job experience..
What types of customers have you worked with?
Full service remodeling,kitchens,baths,renovations, basement conversion.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Im proud of all of them big or small lets make yours to be my recent job!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire the best!! Do not make up front payments on small jobs, Professionals will not ask
for payment until the job is completed and your satisfied. On substantial remodeling
projects, material and progress payments are typical.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish they new me sooner.
