Substandard work, a lot of issues after job was partially completed. Beware!

I am pleased to have the opportunity to recommend Arthur Rosa, owner of AR Construction. AR Construction was my contractor on a enclosed porch project. I give Arthur and his company the highest rating for the work that they did. AR Construction was efficient, thorough, and conscientious. They began work on time, finished on time, and stayed within my budget. I enjoyed working with Arthur and everyone at AR Construction and can recommend him highly to anyone who needs an experienced and knowledgeable expert.

    Q & A

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system: stick and unit pricing for greatest accuracy.A good estimate takes good planning. I don't make guesses and assumptions, that's why a visit to the site is so important. Making an accurate estimate is a matter of detail-finding every detail that influences cost.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do, I keep up with the latest trends, developments. I keep up to par at all times. I do extensive continuing education to ensure my expansion of my capabilities.
    • How did you get started doing this type of work?
when I purchased my first home at 21 for 25,000. it needed lots of work, had no money to hire out so I had to school myself, as I stared doing the work myself I developed a passion in my work, applied myself in construction/trade school learned all the trades but the true lessons comes from on the job experience..
