- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to our quotes (prices) we are not going to charge at the top or the bottom we will estimate a project so we can complete it successfully. We can also suggest ways for clients to save on cost with out sacrificing there plan. We also have years of business relationships with all vendors like cabinets makers and doors ext, so at times we can pass that discount to clients
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a client first company and from the start we want our client to understand every step of the construction process we answer all questions direct from timeline to materials. we can go do a free estimate and go from there let’s win and let us make you dream project come to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed and insured company our team and subcontractors area licensed in there respective trade and all have the school requirements needed to hold a license in Illinois
