Eddie and Mike were a complete pleasure to work with on our painting project. We had a tight timeline before we moved in to our new place and they were able to finish up everything on time and on budget. The paint job was perfect - clean lines and great workmanship. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ed and Lakeview Environmental & Construction Group. Conveniently for me, Ed lives right down the street and he was able to come down the street to asses or situation and give me a very fair quote the same day we spoke on the phone. He then gave me the option to buy the parts online and he would pick them up and the local Home Depot or I could just go get them and he would install them. He was able to schedule to come out the day after he gave me a quote and finished the job within a couple hours.
I'm a real estate agent in Chicago, so I work with a lot of different contractors getting jobs down for my clients. Sometimes I use thumbtack to find them someone in a pinch. That being said, the search is over! I will forever use Ed and Lakeview Environmental & Construction Group for all my contractor needs!

Pressure washed excess mortar. Ed responded quickly to the job and was able to come out the next day. He was very professional and helpful. Got the job done quickly and answered all my questions.

Ed helped with several jobs around my house. He power washed and stained my roof deck. I had neglected the deck for years, and Ed made it look great. He gave me good advice on what stain color and type would work well on my deck. He also installed and painted a new door on the roof deck, as well as replaced and painted the weather beaten moulding around the door.
I also thought that I needed a new front entrance door (different from the deck door that I just mentioned). It was looking a bit shabby and there were some cracks in the area around the glass pane (not sure what that part of the door is called). Anyway, instead of ordering and installing a new door, he replaced the cracked pieces and gave the door a fresh coat of paint. I was pleased about saving money and having a nice looking door again.
Working with Ed was a positive experience, he is a very nice person. Ed was always on time and I am very happy with the quality of his work.

We had them repaint our whole apartment. They did an amazing job and got the job finished faster than anyone else had estimated. Ed is a great guy who is easy and fun to work with. I highly recommend Lakeview Environmental & Construction Group to anyone.
