We recently enjoyed working with Nest Design & Builders on tuckpointing at our property in Bucktown. Andrew and his team demonstrated high professionalism and expertise throughout the project. They were punctual, efficient, and meticulous. The quality of the tuckpointing work exceeded expectations, with the brickwork enhancing the overall aesthetic of our property. Communication was clear and timely, with the team keeping me informed at every stage. They also took great care to ensure the work site was clean and safe, minimizing any disruption to my daily routine. Job on brick inside and outside also Chimmey was done in correctly in a excellent manner . Great workmanship . Also secondary installation of storm doors of which one required adapting door frame to standard door was done correctly . All job done at a reasonable price for work done David J Fitzgerald

Andrew, the general contractor and his team are a joy to work with and very accommodating throughout the entire construction process. Andrew was willing to fit my backyard vision through a three tier phased approach plus accommodate my timeframe and budget. They went above and beyond what I asked for and even helped with assisting me to stores visits to get the right products. The masonry team is courteous and cleanly. They were able to keep things as clean as they could (brick dust) through each phase. Great job gentlemen - I would hire them again to come back for phase two!

We took a chance of hiring a remodeler off the internet for the kitchen of our new home and this experience definitely has far exceeded our expectations. The owner brought his in house designer/architect to the initial consultation and essentially gave me free design advice. Work began soon after we picked out materials with their help. The process was pretty transparent and communication was smooth. We felt that prices were very fair but being able to finish on time was very important for us. We won't be hesitant to recommend Nest to our friends!
