At Pi Construction, our pricing is transparent and straightforward. Quotes are based on the size of the project, materials needed, and the level of labor involved. We don’t believe in surprise fees—everything is clearly outlined before work begins. Multi‑service projects may qualify for bundled pricing, and we occasionally offer seasonal discounts depending on the scope. If anything changes once we’re on site, we discuss it with you first so you stay in control of your budget
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep the process simple and straightforward. First, I review your project details and provide a clear estimate. Once you respond to the quote, we can confirm the scope and schedule a time that works for you. On the service day, I arrive on time, complete the work efficiently, and walk you through the results before wrapping up.
