What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we would schedule a call to discuss your project, after that there is a walkthrough of the project. Depending on the size of the project the quote may be given after the walkthrough or several days later. Upon agreement of the quote, a contract is drawn up and signed by both the client and us, and then work begins

My dad was a contractor for about 10 years, I learned the business from him
