FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some projects are a different set rate, but for larger projects I charge a rate of $23 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat about what the client is looking for; whether that be in person, on the phone or in email. The job of a designer is to visually communicate what the client wants, so it is vital to get a concept of what it is they are looking for. I then standardly draft several versions for review and revision by the client, finally fleshing the chosen angle out with the opportunity for one final revision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with my degree in visual communications in December 2014, which gives me an edge over the latest and greatest techniques and technologies. Because times are constantly changing, I also take online courses at skillshare.com to expand on my expertise.
