- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price based on what product and labor I’m using I do not price hourly. I always try to work with my Clients and their budgets!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having them send inspiration pictures to help me understand what they want and sending me a picture of what their hair looks like currently. This helps me in quoting them and telling them what type of technique/process I recommend for the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Paul Mitchell and am certified in color/cutting/makeup/and texture. I also have a cosmetology license.
