FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally price myself between $35 and $125 per hour depending on the work. This hourly rate will cover small items like the cost of lead fee for small projects, and travel mileage on local jobs. I understand that sometimes jobs are completed in less than one hour, but I do have a one hour minimum requirement service fee on all jobs. Travel fees may be needed depending on location
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet, say hello. Introduce myself, my business, and what we offer. Discuss scope of work briefly over the phone if on-site estimate is not necessary. List pricing for general services or discuss details with client on more custom work.
