Unfortunately, this was a waste of time. Despite indicating in the app that a ladder was needed, he arrived without one and stated he doesn’t own a ladder. He also asked if the curtain rod should go above the window or on the ceiling, which was confusing. Ultimately, he left without completing the job.

Dear Mars, sorry for inconvenience with ladder and your experience. Regarding the place of certain rods, I always ask customers where they wish to put / hang their items, and it's height, this is regular work conditions. You will surprise but I made certain rods in the ceiling just because customers needed to mount it there
