I can’t recommend Ilias highly enough—he did an absolutely phenomenal job replacing my bathroom sink and faucet. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to review the setup, walked me through the process, and made sure everything was aligned with what I wanted. The job itself involved removing an older sink that wasn’t attached to the wall and replacing it with a new one, along with updated hardware and faucet. What could have been a headache turned out to be seamless because of Ilias’ expertise. He worked efficiently but didn’t cut any corners—everything was leveled, secured, sealed, and tested with care. He also made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward, leaving the space better than he found it. It’s rare to find someone this skilled who is also kind, respectful, and communicative throughout the process. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your home with care and deliver top-quality work, Ilias is the one to call. This was a five-star experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again for any future plumbing work.

Ilias was amazing to work with - super fast response and scheduling for my tasks, showed up right on time and executed everything perfectly. I’m so happy with the results and how great everything looks. He helped swap out lots of light fixtures and hang a curtain rod and coat rack. He provided his professional opinion on things too which was really helpful (how low pendant lights should hang over my kitchen island) Definitely recommend and will be using again!

Ilias did a beautiful job painting our rental unit. He responded immediately to our request. The job was reasonably priced. He showed up - and on time. The work itself was perfect. We would highly recommend him. We were pleasantly surprised to find he also does handyman work. We will be using him again!
