Five stars for incredible honesty and professionalism. The technician came out to repair my dryer and quickly diagnosed that the machine itself was fine, the issue was that no gas was flowing to the valve. He could have charged me for a repair that wouldn't have worked, but instead, he was upfront and advised me to contact my gas company or a plumber. He only charged for the service call, which was more than fair for his expert diagnosis. A truly trustworthy business. Highly recommend!
