I am thoroughly happy and satisfied with Mr. Redd. I reached out to Thumbtack because I needed an Electrician to find out why the electrical in my attic wasn't working properly. Mr. Redd reached out very quickly and an appt was made. He was on time for the appt and explained some options to me. I like options. I always go with my intuition and once again, it didn't fail me. He quoted a price and time frame that I was happy with. He came to my home, explained what he was doing and that the project wasn't going to be as detailed as he thought. He is very personable and professional. He pointed out to me a few things that was not up to code, which I liked. I want those fixed also, Mr. Redd!!! He finished the project in a timely fashion and it wasn't the quoted price.....It was much lower. He also cleaned up the area he was working on which is an added bonus. He is very honest! I trust him! I will use his services again. 2 months Mr. Redd, don't forget about me! LOL. thank you for giving me peace in my home.May 4, 2020Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I get discounts for material due to my retired military status. I usually pass those savings to the customer. I don't try to make money off of materials and I keep my waste to below 3%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Upon meeting I do a walk through, explain what is needed for the project find out exactly what's expected. Than I make their idea a reality within the given budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Was once a member of IBEW union, was trained by the military for plumbing and boiler systems. Worked as a carpenter for Heartland Construction and started as an apprentice with Moore Construction after High School. while attending Washburn Trade.
