- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I get discounts for material due to my retired military status. I usually pass those savings to the customer. I don't try to make money off of materials and I keep my waste to below 3%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting I do a walk through, explain what is needed for the project find out exactly what's expected. Than I make their idea a reality within the given budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Was once a member of IBEW union, was trained by the military for plumbing and boiler systems. Worked as a carpenter for Heartland Construction and started as an apprentice with Moore Construction after High School. while attending Washburn Trade.
