I was so impressed with Chuck because I had a small project and he didn’t reject it. I used an oversized pot, burned the cabinet next to the stove and wanted it tiled. One of the contractors quickly declined my job assumingely because it wasn’t a big money project. Chuck gladly accepted, made a physical inspection and get this….advised that the best option would be to paint rather than tile because of the clearance between the stove and the wall.
His honesty and integrity is above reproach and I would use him for future projects and refer him to friends and family.

Chuck was great to deal with. He knows floors and we benefitted from his experience. We're ready to use Footprints again in the near future. Especially appreciated picking up and delivering the flooring from the retailer. The installer was very neat and we had very little dust to deal with. The oak floor looks fabulous!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Help select and install new tile or vinyl floors. Natural stone and tile installation. Move furniture, appliances and plumbing. Remove/dispose of existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.
