Introduction: Reiki is beneficial for those who are dealing with stress and anxiety especially During this time. Reiki is a form of light therapy that helps promote healing through relaxation. Reiki can be done in person and distantly. Reiki will assist in reducing stress, anxiety, pain, and more! Along with being a reiki practitioner I am a health coach. Below I have described a bit about my coaching. My coaching combines habit changing with spiritual growth and help you achieve your goals. I specialize in assisting women on their path in recovery from any addiction. I also help women who are not addicts but feel like they need help stepping into their true power as the woman they are. I assist women in finding ways to reach goals best fit them. The program will bring you more peace, balance and calmness to your life. You will find clarity on what brings joy to you.
