I work on my feet all day with heavy gear on, which causes my shoulders, neck and back ache and strain. I've been to multiple places, but nothing worked best than coming here for cupping and acupuncture, especially the cupping. I've been continously going to Grace for past 3 years and it has helped a lot! Everytime I've reached my limit with ache and strains , I call up Grace right away, and she is very accomodating when it comes to scheduling. She is a hard worker and goes out of her way help one feel better, and also to find a solution to the problem. I extremely recommend her, and rather going for a massage and overspending your time and money, you should definitely give this place a try.

In search of an alternative treatment, I found Family Care Acupuncture & Herbs after I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy, causing partial facial paralysis. I emailed Grace explaining my situation, she responded back to me promptly and I had a appointment scheduled the following day. With a combination of acupuncture, electro-therapy, and cupping I am ecstatic to say its been 3.5 weeks since my on set symptoms and I am have 90% of my mobility back. Grace is very knowledgeable and was always able to answer any questions or concerns I had. She was very reassuring during this entire process. Dr Grace is a miracle worker! When I first came to her a month and a half ago I was experiencing extreme tmj pain and discomfort. After two sessions I noticed my pain / discomfort start to diminish and the quality of my sleep improved.Given the rapid tmj improvement, I knew that I would greatly benefit from continued weekly acupuncture treatment. Its been about 6 weeks and Im happy to report that Im basically pain free!Dr Grace is extremely kind and empathetic to her patients which makes me feel comfortable and welcomed back each time I see her. The office is sanitary and cleanly.I wish I could give her more starts but, 5 is the max. I highly recommend Dr Grace for your natural healing needs!

At 26 weeks pregnant, I was diagnosed with Bell's palsy. After speaking with my doctor and doing some research, I found Grace through some amazing other reviews, specifically for BP.
