FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on $60 per hr. I can offer a set price once I have enough information ( by phone, email or visiting the location) about the problem or project. I normally do not charge for estimates , shopping for parts or travel time. I have very low overhead which allows me to keep cost down. I am licensed and insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get the best description of the customers job/project. In some cases I have to take a look at the work first. With most jobs I will then pick up the parts and travel to the customers home to resolve their problem or work on their project. Most of the time no payment is needed until the job is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical Construction and Maintenance Program at Coyne College graduated with a 4.0 GPA. Electrician for the City of Chicago for 30 years. Working with residential contractor over the last several years.
