- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per bedroom, bathroom and square footage. Depending on your needs we may be more competitive in regards to pricing. All of our prices reflect not only a great service provided but happy cleaners as well. Studio $90 1 bed $119 2 bed $135 3 bed $159 4 bed $179 5 bed $199 6 bed $225 Anything over 3,000 sqft is our hourly rate of $50 per/hr Move In/Out cleanings are $100-140 depending on square footage. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like our customers to feel comfortable before they book online, therefore we encourage our consumers to call us if there are any general inquiries about our services. We want our consumers to know exactly what we do, how long it will take and what to expect in order to ensure that we satisfy their needs, this process works by being transparent and available whenever there are questions to be addressed. We attempt to establish trust between ourselves and our clients as early as possible so they know we are delivering the quality service we are known for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the cleaning business either working for ourselves or others for years. That experience is passed on to each member of our Ambition Cleaning staff, to ensure quality with every service we provide. Typically all cleaners are trained for one month, before they are put into the field. At Ambition Cleaning, we thought it was important for everyone, even our employees in the office to have cleaning experience, so our cleaners are never unprepared for a situation that may arise. Every employee must go through our training process, at that time we are able to monitor those in training to ensure consistency with our message and our services.
