Genuinely the gold standard of cleaning. The owner Ineta is extremely communicative, professional, and her team's attention to detail is simply unmatched. I’ve worked with other cleaning companies in the past for my apartment, and their work was average at best. But Chicago Custom Cleans takes the cleanliness of my home to a level I didn’t even know was possible. From the initial meeting and personalized walkthrough to a cleaning plan tailored exactly to what I wanted, the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. They are absolutely worth every penny. I now have them come every other week and plan to continue for as long as I live in the Chicagoland area. 11/10 company, do yourself a favor and check them out.

Ineta is meticulous, kind, very responsive and has very reasonable rates for the superior level of cleaning she and her staff provide. She is knowledgeable about safety and moden cleaning methods/products and has great suggestions but also willing to listen and adhere to personal preferences where needed. (My kitty also loves them!) I could not ask for better service!

We charge a flat fee for every clean. Our pricing is based off of the custom cleaning plan that we create for your individual needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with an initial phone call to discuss basics. Then we set up an in person walkthrough. We come to your home and go through room by room with you to build your custom plan. From there, we send a quote and can tailor the plan to meet your needs.
