With the holidays coming up and the anticipation of family knocking at my door, I knew I was going to be too busy cooking and shopping to even get a chance to clean up my house! I’m so happy I called this company to take this task off of my hands! My kitchen is spotless, my living room is fur free (I have a dog), my laundry was done and they even organized my fridge! And all at a fair price. I will definitely be using this service again before my next holiday gathering! :)

Considering that many cleaning services were closed during the holidays, I was pleased to book Chicago Kingdom Cleaning on such short notice. The booking process was very easy, and they were more than accommodating changing the time after I fudged my reservation. They were at my apartment right on the dot. The cleaner followed my instructions ok. I had another appointment after the cleaning, so I made sure to communicate that to the cleaner. In total, he had about 1 hour and 40 min to clean the bathroom, kitchen, and living room (less than 800 sq. ft.). He cleaned the bathroom and kitchen very well, but the floors and glass tables in the living room could have used more work (there were cat paw prints on both glass tables) and the floors were still spotty. I lifted a decorative crate on the floor and found a lot of cat hair. I take part of the blame for possibly causing the cleaner to rush, but I've had cleaners in the past do the same tasks in 2 hours with good results—I don't know if the extra 20 minutes would have provided him with enough time to clean all the floor's surface in the living room and clean the table tops and dust the furniture. Overall, the cleaning job could have been better, but I would book with them again especially during a non-holiday period time. With detailed instructions and the proper amount of time, the job could be done just fine by them. They gave me a cute kitchen rag after the job, which was a nice touch.

While very polite, she broke at items. One from my wedding. The floor cleaning was not the deep cleaning I expected, and she seemed more focused on working quickly and not on doing a thorough job.
