- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would just say something simple and it is... as soon as i get provided someone with cleaning service as cheaper the price would be (F.e. if I provide service every other week, which means twice monthly- the price would be more expensive than every week and cheaper than once month). Whoever is interested they can check out my website with full description of the work that I perform and my pricing there. Also, I would like to mention that in terms of immediate and sudden (urgent) appointments for cleaning service (f.e. overnight calls in the last minute for booking next day out of the schedule) I charge extra over the regular price which is between $ 25.00-50.00 (depends on the booking and local area). This I did, as over the last two months I have received a lof of messages over night (11:30 PM, 2-3 AM or so) for either providing cleaning service or cancellation! I hope that everybody understands that the night is time for having your body relax and sleep.... Also, I would mention that I did some small changes and they are concerning the building that are located South side Chicago- so called SECTION A APARTMENTS- THOSE ONE I cover with the price of $ 150.00 and the reason is that the relatives of the tenants there waiting for extremely long time until they don't get that their families need them with help. I get there and what to see- bathroom that is full of bugs and roaches and full of deceases and bacteria and it takes at least 2-3 hours to be cleaned in the appropriate way and fridge that is with roaches also on the bottom... Those buildings are supported by the Social Security Section A and over there the tenant live in terms of extremely small rent ($ 20-40/month or so) and their appearance in the building and apartments inside is very low and very bad. When you head to clean up them you MUCH USE CHEMICALS and suppliers such as CONCENTRATED BLEACH, KABOOM, CLOROX and all from those kind. I don't refuse this job, I'm saying what's my price to do it. One bedroom apartment that is less than 500 sqf there take around 4-5 hours two people to be arranged properly. That's the reason for my price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
this is the part with carpet cleaning that I might develop in the field and still working on it, but not completed and also doing accounting training, so that will be able to help out myself much better in any way concerned the numbers etc...
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All kind... Some of my clients are people that visible have their health issues (considering psychology status) and others are amazing well educated and really intelligent people. As for me- I respect all of them and feel happy no matter what, especially when I see that they are also happy and satisfied with the service I provide to them.
