Price is based on many factors: square footage, hardwood vs. carpeting, finished basements and how many full size bathrooms. We are insured and bonded. We know our clients care about there homes, but just don't have the time to take care of them. It causes undue stress on their lives. We know that a clean house can make everyone happier. Although there seemed to be a miscommunication as to the arrival time with Tina's cleaning ladies, the job was completed and thoroughly. My husband and I are very satisfied with their work and hope to schedule more regular work in the near future. My only suggestion is for better communication if punctuality is going to be an issue. After Tina and I finalized a 5:00 pm arrival time, the two cleaning ladies (I apologize for not catching their names) did not arrive until a little after 6:00 pm. Because they were coming from the city, I was rather understanding, but on the other hand, the time was finalized a few days before. I did not know what was going on and if anyone was coming at all until I made a call to Tina. Otherwise, the job was done right and for a great rate. Thanks so much, Tina and the team!!!

First, the client service is perfect! Very kind and respectful!!! Second, the Cleaning associate did an outstanding job and I will say my home is pretty big, took a little more then 4 hours! Clean as a whistle!!! Most definitely using this company again!!

We talk on the phone to discuss basic needs, square footage, expectations and frequency of cleaning. If requested, we will come out and meet with client at home or business that needs cleaning.

My friend was looking for a cleaning service and she asked if I knew of any.
