After my dad passed away unexpectedly, I offered to host a big family gathering- about 75 people in my average (2,000 sq. ft) home, plus 3 weekend guests. With all the preparation, I didn’t want to also do all the cleaning. De Santos was immediately responsive, very kind, and flexible (including after a last-minute mix-up on dates that was 100% my fault). Two cleaners came, and they did a great job. Again, they were very accommodating, cleaning my husband’s office first so he could get back in for a meeting, and then thoroughly cleaning the rest of the first floor and even the 3-season porch, in case the party spilled out. Then they did upstairs, and it looked wonderful- the bathrooms were spotless, corners dusted, floors washed… they even made our son’s room look neater and more put together than it had in ages! Our house is generally clean/picked up, but after the death and a bout of covid, I was pretty behind and it was such a relief to have them leave everything sparkling. I would absolutely hire them again if needed- great work and great people!
