- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price reflected in Thumbtack may sometimes not be the exact one, first we analyze the needs of each place based on questions asked to our customers, photos or videos they send or a previous visit to discuss an approximate price, we guarantee the satisfaction and quality of what we do. Extra services are charged separately (laundry, organizing, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, interior window, shelves cleaning) as well as extra spaces (basement, garage or patio)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, their address is asked first, they ask for the services they require and if they are extra, number of bathrooms and rooms, estimated time to finish the project, discuss prices and schedule an appointment for cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned as I have lived, I have worked almost all my life in cleaning and I consider myself a very clean and organized person, that's why I guarantee my work to the fullest.
