- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always excited to work with a new client. Our first process would be to call or text us to go over general information such as full name, address and available times and dates to set up a walk through. Don't have time for a walk- thru? call us or text us pictures of the area that needs service and one of the customer services agents will give you a quote over the phone. If you do set up a walk- thru a maid will come out and listen to all of the problems areas and needs, then we will set up a customized cleaning for your home.
