We do require a down payment for first time customers only which comes off at the end of your first cleaning. It’s typically 50% of your first estimate.
Due to high demand, the Kleinert Cleaners can ONLY take on regulars at this time. We will be focusing on our specialty, which is high end/luxury homes. We have a couple spaces left for smaller luxury condos and homes. We do NOT have room for move out or one off cleanings at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

We are confident that you will be satisfied with our services, but will always come back 100% FREE if you feel an area of your home does not meet your standards. The Kleinert Cleaners have worked on projects as small as 500 square feet to over 6,000 square feet. Over the last few years, we have become highly sought after for home staging cleanings and luxury home cleanings. We love making your home shine no matter the size of the project.
