I put my request out through thumbtack and Conswella got back within 15 minutes. She was very clear about the services she provides and asked the right questions to make sure we were aligned on needs and costs. I needed my apartment cleaned before moving in and she provided a detailed estimate and she re-confirmed needs and pricing after walking through my apartment. She also started and ended early which was important because I wanted cleaning done as early in the day as possible. Lastly, she did an excellent job cleaning and making sure she paid close attention to detail. This included things like wood polish, stainless steel cleaner, baseboards, and disinfectant. I’d hire her again and recommend her to others!

Conswella was excellent throughout the process. She was up front with all of the information, reached out several times to confirm date and time and did a fantastic job with the cleaning itself. The bathroom was cleaner after she was done than it was when we moved in!

Conswella did an amazing job cleaning my apartment. She is very hard working, was so gracious when accommodating my schedule changes, and is quite knowledgeable. My apartment has never looked this good - it was lovely to come home to. I'm kind of fussy about cleaning, I don't just like something tidied up or superficially cleaned just for appearances, and I found that she did an excellent job. She really worked hard and did an amazing amount in the time she was here. I highly recommend her. Thank you!
