The cost of your cleaning is based on the size of your home, the type of service you choose, and any additional tasks you would like included.
We provide pricing upfront, so you know what to expect before the cleaning starts. There are no surprise or hidden fees.
Discounts may be available for first-time customers, and we also offer special rates for weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring services.
Additional services such as cleaning inside the oven, refrigerator, cabinets, closets, or windows can be added based on your needs.
We can also customize the service around the areas that are most important to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make booking a cleaning as easy as possible.
First, we ask for some basic information about your home, the type of cleaning you need, and any additional services or special requests. Based on those details, we provide an upfront price.
Once you decide to move forward, we find a convenient date and time and confirm the address, service details, and any special instructions.
On the scheduled day, our cleaner arrives and completes the agreed cleaning service. Afterward, we follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the results.
For customers who would like ongoing help, we also offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning options at special recurring rates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners receive practical, hands-on training in professional cleaning methods, proper use of cleaning products and equipment, and safe cleaning practices.
