Workers initially didn't show up for appointment so it had to be rescheduled and even then they were an hr late. They didn't provide move-in/move-out service as requested (they do do a good job if it were a scheduled as a regular cleaning) but Claudete was very apologetic and has been wonderful in working to try and remedy the situation by offering to re-do a portion of the job.

The kitchen rug that was rolled up was rolled up because it was dirty but it didn't get vacuumed. In the future please vacuum both rugs. Other than that - we were very happy with the service!
