- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to provide exceptional great work. We want to really clean your home as if it were ours. Because of the detail and attention, we will pay your home we will NOT be the most cost-effective. But we will do the best work. We require a 50% deposit to book your day and the rest to be paid the day of cleaning when we arrive at your home or office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very thorough in finding out what you need as well as being transparent In what we can and can't do. We want to give you a great experience. We give you all your options as well as work with you if you want to work off of a checklist of your choosing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have cleaning backgrounds in excess of3- 5+ years.
