We use flat-rate pricing based on your home size, condition, and add-ons, so you know the total before we arrive. Deep cleans, move-in/move-out, post-construction, heavy buildup, and pet hair take more time and can increase the price. We occasionally offer discounts for recurring service, and some requests (like same-day, after-hours, or special access needs) may be priced separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick intake to confirm size, condition, and any add-ons 2. You get a clear flat-rate quote and choose a date/time 3. We confirm details and access the day before (and day of if needed) 4. Cleaner arrives with a checklist and completes the scope 5. Before leaving, we do a quick quality check and confirm you are satisfied when possible 6. If you want recurring service, we lock in a schedule and keep it consistent
