I hired this service to clean our 2 bed 1 bath apartment that is listed on Airbnb while I was out of town. After setting everything up and giving lockbox code, I never heard back from her. It was very stressful and unprofessional to not get any update. I was more worried that someone was going to be breaking into my home and had to have a friend go by to remove lockbox and ensure nothing was stolen. Then, I had to cancel the guests that planned to stay since my home was not cleaned.
