Ashley is undoubtedly one of the best cleaners I've hired. She's very prompt and if any issues pop up, she informs well ahead of time to reschedule. She cleans like it were her own house, which is just amazing and she always gives 100% attention to detail. Will continue with her without any doubts!

I had a bad experience with this company. I'm not giving one star because Ashley was very responsive and was easy to work with in the beginning. But, overall the company is unreliable from my experience. We had an appointment at 4pm. 10 minutes after 4pm came and no one showed. I thought it would be Ashley. I had her number and gave her my cell in case something happened. I called her, texted, and messaged her. No response after 30 minutes so I thought she blew me off. I had tenants moving in the next morning so I had to clean on my own. Where else would I be able to find someone last minute on Sunday evening? So, I went to home depot and bought all the cleaning supplies I needed. Then, at 5:30 she called but it was too late. She said "her Tech" didn't show or respond. Would have been nice if someone would have let me know. To my surprise, she had someone else besides her to clean but from our communication she made it seem like she would be there. Their system was also down so she informed me I would have had to pay with cash. It doesn't seem like they have their act together. I would proceed with caution if you are thinking of hiring super clean.
