I reached out to bundled in July/August (services were for around that time period) At first they were extremely responsive. We started with an apartment clean post tenant move out and were also working with them to get renovation quotes for several projects. The cleaning itself was mediocre. The cleaner arrived over an hour late and I’m fairly certain many areas were never cleaned or barely cleaned. For their construction team, we never received complete proposals after repeated requests.

We did send a cleaner out to one of your units on July 21, 2018 to do a deep clean and while she was a bit late it was only because she was coming from a morning clean that was previously scheduled. In all of our years of conducting a household cleaning business we always stand behind our work and have never not fixed a clean that was not to someone’s liking. No complain was ever made back in July and I’m not certain why it would be made now- 6 months later. In terms of construction, your review is also not accurate. We send you two estimates for large projects you requested back on July 22nd 2018. We emailed them to both you and your husband Skylar Kaufman with a detailed description and cost. We also even sent our Owner our to meet your husband on a weekend and go over to all the units he wanted him to see and gave a prompt estimate the same day. We also took the time to go over fire code for your attic which you requested to convert into a bedroom and explained the risks. I think as a company we were not only responsive but went above and beyond to make sure everything was given in a 24 hour time frame. I am attaching the estimates here so that maybe you can recall them. I think a two star review on our services is extremely inaccurate, especially to bring up concerns six months after contacting us instead of back in July when we could have addressed the concerns you had. Estimate #1- $8,750.00 Estimate #2- $49, 620.00

We contracted Bundled Property Solutions for a deep cleaning. Everyone on the staff was very nice and responsive, and I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to visit next day. Job well done - we now plan on using this service monthly!

Cleaning was just barely ok, I have had much better cleaners before! Cleaner came and didn’t know what was supposed to be cleaned, I told her it was a deep clean with fridge and oven and she then kept asking me what to clean next which I was surprised as they should know what to clean. She was even going to leave without cleaning the floors or vacuuming and left all the garbage inside the house!! Disappointed with service! I was compensated with a $20 discount, however i will still need to get other cleaners to do a thorough job and what was cleaned was definitely not a deep clean.
