That my prices are fair and i am easy to work with. Some prices are negotiable depending on size and distance.

I believe communication is key, so typically the process would be plenty dialogue on what the customer needs exactly. Also being prompt and the treatment of the customers property with the removal of any junk or furniture to make sure there is no damange.
