FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on volume, access, and labor required. We have a minimum service charge of $199, which covers professional labor, transportation, and responsible handling of items. There are no surprise fees—any additional costs are discussed upfront before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering details and photos so we can give an accurate quote upfront. Once scheduled, we arrive on time, protect the work area, and complete the job efficiently. After removal, we sweep and clean the area and ensure items are donated or responsibly handled whenever possible. Clear communication from start to finish is a priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background as a firefighter includes extensive training in safety, risk management, and working efficiently in residential environments. That experience directly carries over into this work—especially when it comes to protecting structures, handling heavy items safely, and maintaining a controlled job site.
