- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is subject to change and is calculated on a job-by-job basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact via Thumbtack we then move on to a phone consultation to get a better idea of the job needed and the rate. We then agree on a date to start the service and the customer receives an emailed service agreement plus PayPal invoice. The invoice can be paid up front but no later than when we show up for the job. Then we crush the job and impress you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best kind of training there is in this industry... hands on sweat on the brow and through the shirt.
