My sessions with Lindsey have been very helpful. This is my first time speaking with a life coach and Lindsey makes it very easy to express how I am feeling as well has giving productive and constructive feedback. She also proposes affirmation and mantra exercises to do in between sessions as well as during the sessions. I really appreciate everything that Lindsey has done and will continue to assist me with in the future. I look forward to working with her for many more sessions to come.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently charging $150 per month. This includes as many sessions as needed and check- ins via text between sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial phone call will be getting to know you and learning about your goals and some challenges that may be blocking you. The conversation is completely centered around you and you decide what we talk about.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in education and successfully completed the Robbins Madanes Life Coaching Program. The most relevant training I have received is through my own life experience and through working with a diverse group of clients.
