I had him do 2 jobs: light fixture installation and bathroom fan replacement. He did a good job installing the light fixtures. Bathroom fan was also installed properly. Here’s here he lost stars from me: - When installing my bathroom fan, he left a dollar-coin sized hole in my ceiling. He said he’s come back to patch it up, and never did. He has ghosted me every time I have reached out to him regarding the patch up - He left dirty fingerprints on my bathroom ceiling when installing the fan - The original day he was supposed to come for scheduled work, he rescheduled with very little notice ahead of time
