I got locked out of my car yesterday as I was leaving work. No!!!!!! I had to be in the burbs for an appointment and was already running a little late. Ive used these guys before and they were EXCEPTIONAL to say the least. I called Chicago Locksmith and Shay said he could be here in 15 minutes. I told him I was outside by myself and if he could please hurry. He showed in less than 10 minutes! I was soooo happy to see him pull up. I was already thinking to myself..."can't wait to write my online review about these guys". Who shows up in 10 minutes on a Friday night??? Chicago Locksmith does! Shay was so friendly and professional. I was really cold because I left my jacket in the car and this sweet gentleman offered to me his sweater. What!?!?!?! Who is this guy and why aren't there more like him?!?! :) Seriously, if there were more companies that provided services like this, we would be in heaven. He had me in my car within a few minutes. The cost was shockingly lower then I expected, especially considering i requested emergency service.
This is what true customer service is meant to be. I am a firm believer of going above and beyond to make people happy, and I have very high expectations when it comes to quality service. Chicago Locksmith wowed me from start to finish. I'm using them again next week for one of my buildings, so I'll be sure to report back again. :) Thank you Chicago Locksmith and Shay!!! You're the bestest!!!

Called chicago locksmith to change locks on a rental property that I bought, the tech came on time and was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend chicago locksmith, I wish all businesses will do business like them :)
