- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are just estimates and can be adjusted after we get to clean each house. Every house and client is different, so we can not put an exact price on something we did not see or worked with. Personal approach is the key! We do charge a fee for last minute cancelations, we need 48h notice for cancelations of regularly scheduled appointments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a few estimates for different scenarios. Biweekly price is different from monthly etc...we agree on a spot in our schedules that works best for all of us to come out and perform the first cleaning. If a client likes it we set up something regular.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We clean daily regular residential houses. It entails kitchen cleaning, bathroom, dusting furniture, vacuuming and washing floors. Extras are inside cabinets, window cleaning, oven and fridge cleaning.
